Collection and disclosure of information: This site collects some personal information in order to process credit card contributions. We will also collect names, addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses from those who affirmatively request to be placed on our e-mail list, through which they may receive information about David Dewhurst’s campaign activities, breaking news or important events. We may also collect information about those who want to volunteer and be a part of our coalitions.

It is the general policy of the Dewhurst Committee not to make personal information available to anyone other than its employees or agents who need to know that information in the course of their duties. However, we are required to report some information in order to comply with State and federal laws.
