Pearl Harbor Day

Please stop and take a moment today to remember those who injured and gave their lives at Pearl Harbor.

Remember today that freedom is not free, and thank our men and women in uniform for the constant sacrifice they make to defend our country and the values we hold dear.

We have some veterans who come and read this blog so please a comment of thanks today.

I saw a clip earlier of a veteran who was at the Harbor on that day. Unfortunately, people of my age had to experience 9/11 understand the feeling of devastation and fear that must have come from Pearl Harbor.

Daniel, I know what you mean. It is sad, but I actually forgot what today was until I saw this post - our country forgets very easily. I guess it is natural, Pearl Harbor was very long ago, but it is still extremely important.
