Great editorial in yesterday's Dallas Morning News. DMN believes Dallas could "benefit from the lieutenant governor's focus on creating jobs in places that need them most."

This DMN editorial discusses David's interim charges, calling the plan "a blueprint for building a more prosperous, sustainable and livable community."
