Happy Texas Independence Day! 174 years ago 59 Texans signed a six-page document that declared the Republic of Texas was free and independent of Mexico.

Today is also Primary Voting Day. Please get involved in the political process and vote today. You can find your polling location by clicking here.

i got an email today from a friend who is currently living in Scotland - all it said was “Happy Texas Independence Day!”
